ISI Plast is a Belgian rotational moulding company, founded in 2007 and based in Dadizele (West Flanders, Belgium). As specialists in rotomoulding, we manufacture custom plastic products for a wide range of industries, including mechanical engineering, furniture and lighting, and the marine sector. We also produce tanks and containers for various liquid and solid substances, products for sports and leisure, and applications for the agricultural sector. We support our customers from the initial concept through to final assembly and delivery of the finished product.

Thanks to our versatile machinery and our focus on OEM manufacturing, we produce plastic components weighing from 200 grams to over 400 kg. Each year, we manufacture more than 50,000 parts across over 400 different product references, with annual production runs ranging from 25 to 15,000 units. With moulds up to 7 metres long, we can also manufacture one-piece tanks with capacities exceeding 40,000 litres.

Our production facility covers more than 5,000 m² and is equipped with four carousel machines, one rock-and-roll machine and several robots for production and finishing operations. Automated weighing systems ensure precise and consistent dosing of raw materials. Using our own turbo mixer, we prepare custom colour blends for our plastic materials. Production waste is ground in-house and reused as recycled material wherever the application allows.
