Customized plastic moldings

Our approach

At ISI Plast, everything revolves around your idea, which we bring to life in plastic—in any possible shape, color, size, or quantity. Few limitations, many possibilities.

We don’t have our own product range; we work exclusively on commission and fully custom-made. That’s why we can devote 100% of our focus to what truly matters: your unique product.

Do you already have an idea but not yet a concrete design? No worries—our specialists and product designers are happy to think along with you from start to finish:

01

Introduction & idea development

We start with a personal conversation to discuss your ideas and needs. Our team actively thinks along with you and provides advice on the design and the possibilities.

02

Design & prototyping

Based on your vision, we create a design and, if desired, a prototype (in wood or via 3D printing). This gives you a clear view of the final product, and together we can fine-tune the last details.

03

Mould manufacturing

Based on the design, a custom mould is manufactured. This mould forms the basis for the production of your product.

04

Rotomoulding production

Using our advanced rotomoulding techniques, we manufacture your product exactly as designed, in the desired color, shape, and size. At this stage, post-processing can also take place, such as adding openings, screw holes, or additional components.

05

Quality control

Each product is thoroughly inspected and, if needed, tested for conductivity, watertightness, dimensions, etc. We then deliver the final product carefully and as agreed.

06

Delivery & inventory

We proactively think along with you when it comes to stock management. This way, we can keep products in stock ourselves and align supply optimally with your needs.
